Just wanted to give a GOOD story for a change.
I found a pair of triple rates on here and picked them up at a good price. However, the owner didn't have the right tools to adjust the preload for the shocks. I called Elka customer support up in Canada (ahh') and after paying $15 bucks to get it shipped into the US, I got the tools, allen wrench, stickers and owners manual.
Great guys to deal with, definitely support their products.
