Take the valve cover off and check the seal around the spark plug hole. The hole on the side of the head is a weep hole for the spark plug. If any water was to get down the spark plug hole it would drain out there...

dont forget about the valve cover bolt washers too. I did once and i had this problem. I thought I lost my head:rolleyes:
