you will have to get a 250r shock, but you can use the 450r swing arm and linkage. the catch is that you have to weld a tab for the linkage to mount to, or go to a machine shop and have a bold on linkage built. so youll also need 450r axle, carrier, hubs, etc. i think some 300 parts will work on the 450r axle but im not 100% sure. 450r brake line, 450 caliper bracket, 300 caliper and rotor. im sure the 450r brake stuff will work but those are what i was told. i have not done this myself but have read many threads on it, so i may not be 100% correct on everything, but im sure someone can back me up:)

The easiest way would be a 350x swing arm. im not sure if its plus 2 though, i think its like 1 1/2 or something. All you need is an 86 swing arm, and a 350x shock and linkage, which does not require welding. the shock will need the top bushing drilled out to fit the 300 shock bolt. you will also need some washers to take up slop between the frame and swing arm. the 86 350x and 300ex have the same carrier, so your 300 axle will work. the 85 swing arm has a different brake mount or something, but the 86 is the way to go. i want to do it but i cant find an 86.

well after a long consideration i think i am going to go with the 450r swinger for the simple fact i have just about everything to do it with minus a few bearings..i have read that i would need a 250r rear shock and or i could use the 450r shock

you cant use the 450 shock because of how the rezzie is. it wont fit because of some frame rails. maybe an aftermarket 450 shock will work, but im almost positive the stock one wont
