ktm 450 sx or xc

i know the sx if for like track and all but it doesnt have reverse which one should i buy i ride track and trails

i would definatly buy the xc. they last longer then the sx and also the xcs have a reverse gear and the sx does not. the xc asre also not as wide so you can get through tighter stuff. Thus SX for super cross and Xc for cross country.:D :D :D

Ive been wondering the same thing, WHICH ONE? Ive been hearing that stuff about how the XC motors last longer and that the SXs need rebuilt earlier but could you explain why?

Two diffrent motors, I bought the xc and put the sx arms on it, Set it ip more like the sx . I havent got to ride it yet but up and down the road seems to pull like crazy

I think you should get a sx if your doing track and trail it last very long and is one of the best quads. Trust me it is worth it to buy the sx!

This is a late reply, but I went with the XC. Its got mx tires, widened the stock axle, aftermarket wide a arms, and I had the shocks revalved. Its got plenty of power for tracks and 60 hours on it and no sign of needing a rebuild.
