I keep reading about how fast other riders are but fast on an open track doesn't get it on race day. Wimmer is a machine...always fast, always riding within his ability, and nerves of steel.

Wimmer is hands down the best guy on the track. NO one can argue that. Weinen is as fast or faster but always seems to be in wimmers shadow. Its unfortunate, Id like to see weinen win it this year. Maybe he will. its a good start thus far. Weinen just needs his starts. Passing, endurance and lap times are his specialty but getting the starts wraps up the package. The package that wimmer has!

does anyone know where clay holmes is racing this year??? i know hes still on byrds team but is he running pro or pro am or what.. i didnt see him in any results in any class..

Willis lost his ride? Wow he was good. I'm guessing Devin heims lost his to they were both good that's too bad to hear. What about clay homes also. And what happened to hetrick out there today????

by far the best part of this race was, wienen tried passing byrd and byrd pushed wienen off the track, the eaxct same turn about 2 laps later wienen get to the inside of byrd on the tripple right before the same turn byrd pushed wienen off the track, wienen nailed the tripple and got to the inside of byrd and out a hardcore block pass on byrd and pretty much stuffed him in the turn, and then byrd tried getting him back in the next turn and wienen pushed him to the outside of the turn,

Wienen for the win this year =]

Yes,
Devin lost his ride too.
ATP closing their doors was a tough one for Devin.
He was going to ride Honda this year and I thought that we had a good chance of him riding for our RTR Performance Engine program, but.... he ended up getting a complete ride for the year on a Suzuki.
He is racing primarily the Dade City Sponsor Cup Series here in Florida right now. It is a $20,000 race series and he is doing really well.

no sure but I sure hope so. That is the only coverage I get of the races other than what gets posted here. I will make it to the Birch Creek races but that is it.

surely someone was at Round #1 and noticed whether 3-4 video guys were around the course. They have really nice HD camcorders.

he is racing pro and is hoping to be at kentucky race he had surgery in january and got a late start on riding this year
