Have a couple questions i have 04 450 honda switched from stock stem to tag +1 with pro taper contour cr high bend is that a good choice and used to run 250r with 38 compound tire whats the best choice to use on the 450? I want to have 2 different sets any help or ideas would be greatly appreciated thanks Steve.

Stem height and bar is pretty much a comfort issue. As long as you feel comfortable on the bike you can run whatever. Tire selection wise i'd take a look at hoosiers now they changed tread patterns and have a new front for TT. Otherwise the 38 is still a good choice and depending on how many laps your running you could even get away with a SD 23.

Where are you running TT in Ohio? I did some TT races near Millersburg last year and was interested in doing some more this year.

westen reserve runs flat track pine lake in ashtabula big game in hubbard dont really like that one sharon speedway is suppose run a few this year and last two nationals in TT are in ohio pine lake in july and wayne county speedway in august.
