Brake rotor hub removal

i messed up my bearing carrier and need to take out my axel. But my hub that the brake rotor is on is stuck on the axel. Any sugestions to get it off. Thanks

Did you take the keeper clip off the axle? Thread back the locknut, you will see a ring in a grove around the axle. You have to take it off before you can get the hub off. Also there is another Jesus Christ clip on the mount for the caliper, this must be taken off also. Hope this helps.

If the c-clip mentioned above is off, just smack the end of the axle with a big mallet and it will drive the axle out just leaving the brake rotor there.

yes i had that off. I had to bring the torch home from school and heat it up. it slid right out with a few hits after i got the hub hot
