I just picked up a leatt having a hard time figuring out what chest protectors will fit with it best? Any input would be greatly appreciatted.

Personally, I liked how my sentinel fit with the leatt. There are quite a few cp's that fit well with the leatt. Fox airframe, zero cp, HRP, 661, and many others.

You don't have to modify the sentinel. You need to put the back peice in first and put the 2 tabs on the sides under the chext protector. Then you slide the front in clipping one side together then taking the other side and clipping it together also.

The Sentinel is what Cody just ordered and came highly recommended for use with the Leatte

I made a mistake...Cody actually ordered one of the HRP chest protectors.

I had some bad luck with my sentinel. I had been using a fox air frame my whole racing time and have never had a problem. Recently I got a sentinel and my first crash with it I broke my collar bone(I didnt think shoulder peices were neccissary but I guess I was wrong lol). But whats worse is the right buckle broke off and the right shoulder peice seperated from the padding in the front and just flops around.
It fits perfectly with the leatt though and I like the fit. I will probably buy another one and just learn to roll when I crash...
