I'm trying to bleed my front brakes but no matter how many times I pull the lever brake fluid will not leave the master cylinder into the brake lines.. is my master cylinder messed up?

Try bleeding it at the master, then work your way down. It's possible that the master could be screwed up, but I'd bleed it there, gravity bleed them at the calipers, and just keep pumping them. Theres a very good chance that you still have air trapped.

wipe off a small allen wrench with a rag then put it down through that piece of rubber with the "X" in that is located a the bottom of the reservoir. That piece stops the air bubbles from coming back up the line. Some times I tap with the allen wrench to get the bubbles coming up while I pump.
