I was just going to get some risers but I figured I might as well just get the stem and be done with it. Especially since it comes with the anti-vibe clamp. Anyways, I wanted to make sure my stock lines would be long enough for a +2 stem. I have +2 arms if that matters for the brake lines. I emailed Izzy Burgard and he said they would work, but I just wanted to double check with you guys.

you may have to unhook some stuff and remount the center T but they should work. I would say it will work without any mods lol. steve

Just put a Houser +2 on and it is ok with stock cables, no problems yet.

Right on. I'll probably order it tomorrow once I get paid. What color should I get? Textured black, silvervein, bare, black, red, or trans. red (shiny). I was thinking either red or textured black. My Burgard arms are textured black but I think red would look pretty cool.

red, then do your frame black when you get a chance. would look killer with some black tags on the red stem too. if i keep going you could make it my dream and ill trade you lol. steve

Shhh... don't mention getting the frame done. You're just going to push me even closer to doing it haha. But, I was thinking the same thing as you. Red with my black Tags would look pretty sick.

although the trans red would be pretty sick too if you could find some chrome mounts or the trail tech ones that have 400ex on them. oh that comes with the chrome lsr mounts so yeah that will be cool. either one with the back frame would be SICK i wish i could do mine. steve

Stop it haha. I really want to do it, but I don't feel like tearing my bike down to the frame. Maybe I'll do it when it comes time for the 426 kit and I'll be half way there, anyways.
