Ok, this is what I have, I have a weight bench and it has the litttle leg attachment. I also have a curl bar. I work a lot and im very tired by the time I get back so I dont want to do much. Im not trying to be a body builder, I just want to stay in decent shape, you know. I don't know what kind of breaks to do of how many days. could anyone give me an example of a good set schedule?

remember, I just want something that I can do in a short period of time before going to bed, or before going to work. thanks, neil
