siezed piston/bad crank rebuild price?

a guy is wanting to trade me a 450r that he said locked up on him the other day. he doesn't know for sure but it won't kick. how much am i looking at to rebuild it?

If you do all the work, and the Cylinder is still in good shape, I'd say 5-600 on the safe side. Thats for crank, piston, rings, gaskets, oil pump, timing chain, etc. May have to put valves in it and have the seats ground too. Just depends on if you want to make it run, or make it run and be good as new.
