My bike was bogging down with a 152 main in high RPM in 4th and 5th. I dropped the main down to a 148 and rode very well for me in the cold weather. My brother-in-law rode it in warm weather(He weighs about 50 pounds more than i do) and he said it seemed like it was struggling for gas in 2nd and 3rd. Any ideas?

your to lean, get way bigger jets.

another guy has a 416 with a 205 main jet.

my 440 has a 220 main jet.

I don't currently have a dynojet kit, but somebody told me my setup would work with a dynojet and a 170 main. Is a dynojet with a 170 the same as just a 170 main?

No, www.jetsrus.com has a jet size converter, and alot of jetting info in the FAQs section.

Are keihn and dynojet interchangeable? Are there marks to let you know what brand you are working with?

i think dynojet's read lower than the keihn jets.

I would think mine would be way lower than yours because of our mod differences. True?

The 152 I took out had a k star icon I failed to look at the one I put in.

I started at a 152 when I felt like it was bogging down in higher gears but I am begining to think it was lean then as well, from the sizes you guys are throwin around.

You can start with around a 170 keihn and see where you are.
