i have a 2001 300ex and recently on a ride it felt like it had no power then it started to not rev above half throtel i figured it was a clogged jet so i cleaned my carb and did my valves then it still would rev thru the piolet jet and no higher so i pulled the slide cover off and the screws were out locktite and put um back in everything tight and its still doing it it idels just fine alil weak but not bad . think my rings are shot? i kept the trotel pinned for a couple seconds it rev up quik then seemed to lean out and revup slowly and pored out whitish blue smoke
