on a fresh rebuild, on flat ground everything is fine when i come out of turns i sputter to the point of stalling what are your jetting suggestion?
elevation 1050ft
mods, 416 piston, stage 2 hotcam,crf450 timing chain, wisco vlaves, full hmf exhaust, run a lid with 6 air vents on it

190 main 38pilot thats what hmf recommended i had a 165 main in it im thinking i need to go back to that any and all suggestions are appreciated

Seems like if it gives you trouble on anything other than flat ground it would be like a float issue.

You can check out that thread too, he had trouble with a 450r carb on his 416. I think he ended up with a 205 main jet.
