another jetting question

i did a search can't find an answer.
im putting a uni filter on a 08 z. no pipe yet ihave a dynojet kit that i bought with the filter. there are jets in the kit for just a filter change but i wanna know if its necessary or if it'll make a difference. i will be leaving the lid on.
i put a k&n on my 400ex and did a jet kit pulled the spark arrestor and the airbox lid and it seemed to make a bit more power

yes, running no lid will give you more power youll have to jump the mj a few and i suggest to get full pipe, 400 ex air boot and k and n filter, to get a real performance improvment

i have a K&N filter and power lid with a 400 EX boot with a full pipe and 440 kit do you guys have any jetting suggestions?

im pretty sure mine had a 165 main with the 440 kit and a e series slip on,no lid on filter..thats what it had when i bought it,i have since changed carbs..;)
