WHEN I DO SOME RIDING UP HILLS, ROCKS, AND OTHER OBSTACLES MY BIKE MAKES A NOISE IN THE BOTTOM END NEAR THE CLUTCH SIDE. IT ONLY DOES THIS WHEN I TAKE OFF GOING UP A HILL OR WHEN I TAKE OFF FAST. I JUST RECENTLY PUT TRINITY HEAVY DUTY CLUTCH PLATES. THE BIKE IS A 2005. I DON'T KNOW IF THE CLUTCH IS SLIPPING OR SOMETHING ELSE IS WRONG.

IT SOUNDS LIKE TWO BALOONS RUBBING TOGETHER, IT ONLY DOES IT WHEN THE BIKE HAS A LOAD ON THE MOTOR, SUCH AS TAKING OFF ON AN INCLINE OR TAKE OFF FAST RIDING THE CLUTCH RATHER THAN POPING IT.

sounds liek your clutch is slipping to me. did you soak the plates overnight before using? what kind of oil are you using in the tranny and is your clutch lever free play correct?

I SANDED THE PLATES WITH SOME 800 GRIT SAND PAPER TO GET THE WAXY GLAZE OFF OF THEM AND SOAKED THEM IN OIL FOR 2-3 DAYS. I'M USING 70% GN4 20W 50 AND 30% LUCAS GEAR OIL
