Would money be made on an R6 part out

i came across ad below tonight it's 10 miles away pictures dont' look to bad but then again. I have no clue about street bike's. If i could score bike for say$1500-$1700 and part it out like
motor
front tire
rear tire
suspention
brakes
etc etc
that i could make some money and it'd pay for my time since i'm running low and can't find work

2007 yamaha r6 parts bike - $2200 (crawfordsville)
07 r6 wrecked runs great selling as parts bike no title will come with bill of sale $2200 obo

if the frame is straight you can catch a pretty penny off that even without the title. the wheels are worth a bunch, motor is worth about a grand. i wouldnt really do it. in the long run you'd probably end up with a few extra parts on your hands and about $500 in your pocket, i dont think all the work would pay off. imo.
