walsh stem width

Does anybody know if the walsh stem for the 450r is the same width as the jb stem

do you mean at the clamp or where the tie rods attach? the top part is the same, not sure about where the tie rods attach

I want to know how wide it is where a steering stabilizer would mount because we just bought a precision from a guy who had it on a walsh stem

just to clarify, thats the diameter, not the width, i am unsure if they are the same or not though.
