YFZ Aftermarket Header Pipe and/or Nerf Bars w/Heel Gaurds

I have a GYTR slip-on exhaust on my '07.

First, is it necessary to get a header pipe to get the full power out of the slip-on, or is the factory just as good?

Second, got one for sale? lol

Also, I'm looking for a Swingarm Skidpate for my '07.

i got a set of GYTR nerfs with Pro Armor foot peg maximizers the nerfs dont have heel guards but you can use the stocks
