fox floats x and houser sli cast

Hey trying to set my shocks up right any advice. evo x long travel on 07 yfz with houser sli cast 2.5
im 175 whats the best setting for pro am rider? any help

Go on fox's website. there is an online manual, it is 20-30 pages long... alot easier than typing it on here!!! Most people run different settings for different tracks, there are a bunch of variables. Most people run around 180-200 in the evol and around 40-50 in the main. Check the ride height when you are sitting on it though, get the ride height set, then ride it, take it off a few small jumps then go bigger and if you need to make any changes just check the manual online. It takes a while to get them dialed in perfectly, but well worth the time! Make sure you read the whole manual, there is A LOT to learn :)
