looking for the best exhaust for an 04 450r. the quad has hotcams stage 2 cam, k&n air filter w/ no lid, and currently has an white bros e2 slip on. i want to put a full exhaust on as i need a new slip on anyway. the only other mods are tires and a gear. i mainly ride trails, and would like something deeper and less raspy. with this exhaust i will also be re jetting the quad and already have the dyno jet kit. as i ride trails i would like a quite core that can be removed for other times. thanks for your input.

Look into the new exhaust that Moto-Xperts just came out with.

You're gonna get a million answers but here's my $.02. Look into the Jardine R99 system. It can be gotten fairly cheaply at KBMotorsports and has a resonance (SP?) chamber to keep decibel levels down. This is the same as the DASA Joe Byrd and the MXP. All pipes make similar power so make sure you get something you need as far as decibel level and quality.

I have a rosier and like it but without the disc pack it is loud,101 db. With discs you can get 92 db choked up. I would look at the new HMF send yours in for a $100 credit.

sparks, dasa, and rosseir are defently 3 of the top performing exhaust but i know they are all very loud. You can always get quietcores for them though.
