Looks awesome! i am putting one of these motors in my 300ex......how did you hook up the radiator? the motor has 2 radiator outputs. i think i am going to use a Y piece. Close up pictures would be great

his jettings not really going to help you. hes in the UK and who knows how many mods it has. best thing to do is pull the plug out of your quad look at the color and go from there.

just put in a jd jet kit and it will be right on.

Ok I almost didn't even want to do this.... but a j.d. jet kit doesn't do jack ****. The only reason why it may help is because you get a range of jets to help you dial it in. However there are no better jets then factory as far as being consistant with size and quality control. Jetting will change with location, weather, etc... I could probably tell you jet numbers that will make your bike run fine without even seeing it. Will it be dead in.... NO will it make the most power... Probably not. But it will be close and it will work. There is nothing special about J.D. I can dial in 90% of customers bikes standing behind the counter and never riding them good enough for the average person. If you want real results you need a DYNO.
