dose aney one know about if there is a extended +4 rear axle on the market for the outlaw 90??

There is not. But you could use a DRR axle. But you will need to get the wheel hubs, and disc brake and sprocket hubs to go with it. On the other hand, converting to a rear disc brake will help a ton also.

Two different axles availible... one to make it 41" wide, one to make it 44" wide overall using 6" wide wheels offset 4" out.

Yes, they are in the same location, but your hubs will not fit.
