Coolant in oil

Hey guys i had a blown head gasket on my 06 yfz, letting coolant get in the oil, after i fix it what can i use to clean out the engine, can i use kersone like in old cars or will that mess up something???

take out the oil drain plug and dump some diesel fuel into the case then dump some fresh oil through it before actually filling it it and running it

Ok ill try that thank you, any suggestions on what size main jet for a 478 big bore with a stroker crank, im at 2450 elevation.
