carb help.

Hey guys I just put on a new carb. I have spent the last couple days jetting the bike and stuff. Each time we test ride it I have noticed that fuel is dripping out of the hose that comes off the bottom of the bowl cover. When it is at idle it steadily drips, after he makes a lap I still see fuel in the hose and it's still wet around the end of it.

I am assuming the float needs adjusting? If thats it how do I do that? Which way would it need adjusting?

The carb is a 28 mm Keihin PWK.
