pep steering damper install

i picked up a pep steering damper for dirt cheap on ebay and i can not figure out how it goes on. could someone please let me know where it bolts to or post a pick of one installed. also when i let of throttle when riding their is a noise coming from my chain. does anyone have any ideas on what that could be? it is a new chain.

left motor mount to stem


in the middle of a frame swap because mine was bent, couldn't get it to bolt up without hitting my oil tank, or oil cooler. so hopefully i can get it on with the new straight frame.
