what would be a good 2-stroke motor to put in a 4-wheeler frame? i want to build a 4-wheeler and i want a 2-stroke. i figured a 250r frame or 400ex frame would be good. i wish i could just get a 250r but they are 2 expensive around here so i figured maybe a could get another 2-stroke motor or maybe even a cr motor and put it in a frame. whats your guys opinions??

if you do go with the CR250 motor make sure you mount it on rubber gromits. (sp) and get an anti vibe steering stem. The CR motor is non counter balanced and would vibrate something awfull. best of luck to ya

you could get a rolling chassis 250r for around 2g's and a 2stroke motor for around 1g. your still looking at a 3g job...

your beter off buyin a junker 250R

paid $2,100 for this, stock and runs strong.
you just got to look around. it took me 6 months...
