blingstar nerfbars

my dealer has a set of blingstar am series i belive nerfbars for a good price but thier missing all the hardware.what would the cost be to get the hardware needed to install them.do they need brackets or just bolts if i only need bolts i could get the at the hardware store but if i need brackets it might not be that good of a deal.thanks

the main thing im concerned about is the front tubes do they need a conecting ro to go into each other across the frame rails or do the just bolt on the front useing the two tabs on the front of the nerfbars.they are just the two nerfbars with "missing hardware".thanks for any help i know allot of guys have the blingstars so some one must know.thanks

this has nothing do with your question, but i paid $320 for my blingstar "factory nerfs" now i want heel guards, called them and they dont make a damn guard for these nerfs, so ill have to spend another 3-400 bucks on new ones to get guards. WTF!!!!
