Minnesota racing

im intersted in trying racing but not MX. does anyone know of any GNCC or hairscramble type races in minnesota and when they are?

check the site cycleusa.com and pick minnesota. on there is a section for quad hare scrambles. I raced mx for the last 12 and just starting racing xc last year. I love it. in my opinion its more layed by and you differently get more bang for your buck. plus all you need is a tether to race. no nerfs or number even. if you need more help let me know i race that series and always have room for one to come and try. first race in in northfield,mn on may 8 so get ready. we also go to wisconsin to race as well or iowa as they have a very good turnout for riders.

thanks what do you need as far as rider safety gear? do you need a chest protector?

you need a helmet,boots,pants,gloves, and that about it. chest protector up to you. i use one only to hold my camel back and help when you are following someone. otherwise try it its super fun
