This one is. Those are just locknuts.

what makes it an Anti-fade is the fact that the brake rotor is attached to the axle nut so that whenever the rear brakes are used it's essentially tightenting it and keeping it tight, hence anti-fade

are they necessary though? or will those type of locknuts work well? a anti fade at 250 is pretty pricey. does a 400ex or 250r anitfade fit on the 300?

Those should work good idk if they cross fit

it will fit, but the spacing will be off, distance to axle clip and rotor mount holes will be off.

Get the second one you posted. The RAD lock nut is the way to go, trust me. They work perfectly and don't come loose. No need to spend extra on an actual anti fade, it accomplishes the same purpose at a fraction of the cost.
