Finished pics

I finally finished my 03 rebuild. I replaced every bearing. Braced the frame. Replaced the timing chain. Installed 06 front shocks. Built a custom better flowing waterproof intake. Intalled steering stabilizer. Relocated the battery to the front. ( to make room for my new intake.)

nice quad, i got a question though, you put the battery up front you said? i was woundering where? in front of the oil tank? just woundering id like to do that to get the wieght of it down lower to the ground....thanks

oh ok, i see now lol it was hard to see whith the bumper on it lol, that looks pretty simple, im suprised it fits in their, thanks man!

Is the quad painted black? If so - what did you use to paint it (bedliner?) and how has it held up?

Yeah it is painted black. I sandblasted the fenders to rough up the surface. then 4 coats od dupli color bed liner. I have rode twice and it has held up great so far.

Cool - thanks! My ugly yellow plastics are looking pretty bad so ive been thinking about using that but had never seen one done. Doesn't look half bad - better than crappy yellow.
