GT Thunder cam

I am looking into a cam for my soon to be 440ex. I was wondering if anyone had a GT Thunder cam in there 400 or 440. Does it give good gains? If so where in the power band? Also, is it a drop in or does it require hard facing the rockers...etc. THANKS

Power is in the mid & top, it runs well if you're setup correctly for it.
