I have an 02 blaster that I bought late last year. There have been a few mods done to it before I got it and I just bought a performance exhaust so now I would like to know if I need to jet the carb bigger and if there is anything else I need to know. I'll list the mods that I know that it has and hopefully someone can tell me about what I would need as far as a main jet and anything else I would need to adjust.

• Unifilter
• Performance Reeds
• DG full exhaust

and as far as bore goes, I'm pretty sure it's not too far over stock.
I currently have a #230 main jet.

I didn't realize this was that hard of a question. I guess I'll try a #240 and go from there.

That's pretty much how things go around here. You just have to try and figure it out yourself. It's all trial and error. Jetting is pretty specific to every individual quad, location, and mods. People on here can get you close, but you ultimately have to figure out your own perfect jetting.

I'd guess more like a 260, but you should do a plug chop to be safe.

I installed the DG exhaust and put a #260 main jet in. It opens up real nice... still might be running a tad lean.
What are others on this site running?

You shouldn't go by what others are running. Their setups and mods will be differant. As 400exrider720 stated. You need to do a plug chop!

I'm not going strictly by what others are running. I'm trying to get an idea of where I should be at. Of course there are variables, but it's all relative.

I will be doing a plug chop when I get the quad out next.

Any good suggestions on certain plugs?
