frame prep any suggestions

i tore my bike down to the frame this week and now i am starting to sand it. i was wondering if you guys had any ideas to make i go any quicker because i cant sandblast it so i have to do it by hand.:( right now i am using 60 grit sandpaper

Doing it by hand sucks. Its gonna take a long time and your never going to get all the nooks and cranny's. Your best bet is to get in blasted or baked off.

Grinder with a wire wheel, 1 fine and 1 course wire.

aDviSol2y when you say bake it off do you think a heat gun would make it peel off?

or go to home depot or lowes and get a spray can of aircraft stripper, it works the best..... its a spray can with a airplane on the front, it took the paint clean off my motor and a-arms in 10 mins. literally...
