Try using some penetrating oil. Your bearing may have rusted to your axle.

One time mine was so stuck I had to hold the carrier and hit the axle on the ground to break it loose.

Have you removed the clip from the carrier ? Its on the right side of the carrier against the swingarm and is what holds your carrier in the swingarm.

When you remove this clip it should just slide out of the left side.
Just make sure when you put it back in you grease the heck out of it cause that is how you adjust your chain tension. Makes it slide around real nice that way.

i know on my LSR, the seal hols it in there pretty good. and if you greased it well it will also create a vacuum and hold it in there pretty good.

as stated above make sure all hardware is removed that is holding it and tap on the end of the axle(opposite sprocket side0 with a plastic dead blow hammer.

might be a dumb question but have you loosened the four bolts that hold the carrier tight? im talking about the one that you loosen to tighten the chain.

Be very careful hitting it with a hammer, if it's the stock carrier. They are only cast, and wont take much to break. I would let it soak in PB Blaster like 81-Honda-04 said, and gentle tap it a rubber mallet.
