took carb off and cleaned it like usually do while it was off someone must have messed with it or something cause now it wont stay running and will only run at full throttle. spits and sputters until it gets to full throttle. put on prime reserve and on and it dont make a difference. what does the throttle stop screw on the bottom side of the carb do? i turn it and nothing happens to my quad? any ideas? need help please!!! thank you!!!
