So this build started on xmas, but hasnt got very far until this week. Dropped my frame off to get gussetted and powdered in december, and actually just got it back this 2 days ago. yea i know... 3months to weld and powder is nuts. im done talking bout it.

Anyway, frame started showing some signs of cracking on the front shock mounts, so it was tore down to fix it and gusset it as well. Put a new set of rings, cam chain and valve seals in the motor to freshen it up too.

Here is a before pic of it last year.

Got a new AC glide Plate. I bought the bike used a couple years back and he had it set up for woods riding. so my previous skid plate was .190 prm and it was alil too heavy for mx riding.

Im ordered white 07 white oem plastic last friday from work. still waiting on it. Goin with a white and blue theme.

Esticky made these to mock up of 2 options for me. thinkin of going with the top option.

Just put a Tokyo Mods carb spring in my FCR carb to reduce the thumb stiffness. Carb is from a CRF 450. spring is suppose to help. anyone ever use one? curious if it works.

Should be starting on getting it back together on weds. ill take some more pics then.

The Tokyo Mods spring does help, but I found cutting the stock spring worked better.

yea you can either cut the stock spring, bend the spring, or make another slot in the throttle cam to hook the spring into. they all work it just depends how soft you want it to be.

Yeah just the width of the pegs. I bought a set of pro aluminum pro pegs that look just like the DG's but the pegs are really skinny and actually hurt my feet even with boots on..
