250x newb lost of questions

[250x4435]

Bought a 1987 250x yesterday for $700. It is in pretty good shape. The guy recently put in a new clutch and axle bearings it rides nice clutch is nice and firm it accelerates real quick it may have a aftermarket sprocket because it tops out way to fast. My freind has a completely stock one so i am pretty firmiliar with them. It needs new bars, a headlight and a grab bar.

Quick question it does one odd thing is nuetral it rolls forward real easy like it should but if you go up a hill and say want to roll back down it doesn't roll very freely

My plans for it are too tear it down to the frame and build it back up with almost all new parts with some upgrades

I have a large list of things i need to buy if any of you guys have some of the parts let me know and we can work out a deal.

Bars
Headlight
Grab bar
Chain and sprocket
U-joints
Axle
Full plastics from any of the hondas that fit the 250x
Front and rear shocks mine are real soft
