i was wondering if it is possible if you could powder coat nipples on a dirtbike rim, are they too small?

Yes they could be done but I wont mess with anything that small

If you know anything about spoke and nipples you wouldnt even think of pc on a nipple. It will loosen up and wear the pc down every time you ride it.:(
