02 Kasea 90 (good deal or not)

Im thinking about buying a 2002 Kasea 90 for my son it has less the 10hrs on it and i can get it for 800$. Is that a good deal ? And my son is 4 years old u think thats too much for him i didnt wanna waste the money buying a 50 then a year or two down the road have to upgrade. And if i do buy it i wanna get nerf bars soon for it.where can i get the at a good price.
