the valves are brand new, just go the rebuild done last week, broke in the cylinder, and have adjusted the valves 3 times now so there right on the money, i think there just noisy cause there fresh, and yes im running a hot cams Stage 2, read my sig

i dont no if its nessicarily bad but yea it could get anoying but you never hear it over the exhuast

that is true. between the exhaust and your helmet on i dont really hear mine. most 400s i hear/ride with tick to some degree
