Clutch Basket Primary Gear

Does anybody know how to remove the primary gear on the back of the clutch basket? I'm pretty sure you grind the rivets of. But what do you use to put it back on again?

your new basket should come with a ring and some bolts to bolt the gear on to the new basket.
