Hi, the eccentric is when Dave etc... weld on the round house end on the swingarm and you can spin it to adjust chain tension. Stock ones on DRX has slotted holes where you move carrier front or back for chain tension.

The one I posted for sale isn't for sale anymore, when I went to clean it up I found it was bent where the s-arm bolt goes in. The stock DRX round ones from a few years ago used to bend in the same area too.
