I have 2006 trx 450er. having compression issues so took head off and found the exhaust valves leak. I have hear i can get them reground and i have heard i cant get them reground. i need your advice is it ok to regrind them or not?

Have the seats cut and put in new valves.

You don't cut the old valves, once they are worn they are trash. It is the seat inside the head that gets cut to seal with the new valve correctly.
They are cheap anyway.

I have a pair of '06 KibbleWhite Stainless Steel Exhaust valves for sale. Have about 2 hours on them. Have 2 '05s, so I can't use em. $50. LMK. Thanks!
