Blackberry storm

when I got the phone awhile ago. I would get reply acknowledgements on my email(blackberry) it always shows the link to get to see the reply to ur post. I used to be able to tell the phone "get link". then I updated to the new software as per verizon request. I see the link on my emails but now I can't " get link" by just pressing on it. I'd have to copy & paste. f that. got any solutions or is it just welcome to verizon ,unlimited no service?

My storm got all jacked up since the update, loses emails randomly, texts dont go throught. You can type out a whole text before it shows up on the screen. we'll just have to wait for another update i guess, or its just a way to try and get us to go out and buy a storm 2
