Nice job on getting those numbers from your 416ex! I'm rebuilding my quad right now. went with the 89mm Wiseco 12.5.1 , stage 3 cam, K&N, 450R Carb. HD head studs, port n poilsh, HMF full system Bill Ballance, I want to get mine on the dyno after back together.

those are good numbers for a 416. your carb must be tuned perfectly. nice work.

This is pretty much my exact setup, do you know what his jetting is?

and is he on SLF?

put on a lectron carb and you will pick up a few ponies and increase torque.

no hes not..... its a 195 main stock 450 everything else. ill be pulling the carb and cleaing it so ill check the jets

yeah i have a 55 pilot and 195 main but i think i had a small air leak that got fixed so im backing down to a 52 pilot because it seems to bog right off idle a bit now. but thats cool its nice to kinda know what that setup makes.

yea thats why i wanted to post this he had a chance to take it to a dyno and did.. did you put a hd timing chain in yours we are going to put a crf one in in the next week just for peice of mind

yeah i put in the crf timing chain when i did the rebuild. i thought about taking it to RB and put it on his dyno but never did.
