trx90 carb & intake - help

Hey guys,

I am looking for a larger intake tube and carburetor!!!

I have a 26mm Mikuni at this point, but I don't want to have to use the twist throttle.

I still have the stock intake tube (19mm) and want a larger one.


Someone point me in the right direction please..............

DRATV carries a stock style intake the has a 24mm port throughout. I know TBOLT carries a rubber flange that will bolt to the stock stlye intakes for the mikuni vm series carbs. Or if ur good with a dremel you could port the stock intake to the larger size as needed. TBOLT also carries a short intake with rubber flange mount (made by Trail Bikes) but you will also need the 12 way intake adaptor to make this work on a TRX90. I use the CRF100 carbs on most of these and sometimes the 26mm CRF150 carb. They will bolt right to the stock style intakes and will allow the use of the stock air box. With the 24mm crf100 carb I have zero bog which is common with the larger than 24mm carbs

No, the crf cable still worked with our thumb throttle. The adjuster threads right into the thumb throttle housing. Pleanty of adjusatment there to make it work

we are swapping in a crf150r motor in my daughters trx90 in the next week or so did you have any trouble with the 150 carbs using the push pull and changing over to just the single cable

Sorry, I should have been more clear. CRF150F carb.... single cable
