Quad wars this weekend

I am doing quad wars this weekend but the kicker is Dana Creech is supposed to be there running a monster truck. I will get pics to post if this happens

It's not a real race. More or less watching stock quads and guys in flannels ride around with a handfull of decent quads and riders. Kinda funny when the guy on a clapped out quadzilla finished second.

is it like no rules racing of quads? like a pit bike race but with quads?

i searched some vids on youtube, and this is what it looks like to me.....

can anyone help and explain this concept?

Quad wars is the monster jam (monster truck) quad races that they do between truck racing. There are two "teams" with pre-determined winners, so more or less it's staged.

yeah exactly, its entertainment for all the people who go to monster jam lol, which in my opinion is mostly for younsters anyway, so of course they love it. I'm just saying, no reason to be an @$$ to a guy who is just talking about going ot it and hopefully seeing someone.

Just got back in from a busy weekend. What a blast to do. We never got told what order to finish in , Just keep it close do the fans have a show to watch. Bumped around every corner and I even jumped off the track and took out a wall. Really cool to ride in front of 20000 people or so and walk around and have little kids wanting to talk to you and such. I have raced the reall races as well by the way and this was just a really cool experience to add into the things I have done with the quad. I encourage anybody who thinks they want to to give it a try, Nothing better then hanging out with some cool guys and riding in A SHOW. I will have a few pics up later

quad wars is bad for the atv sport. guys out there in jeans and t-shirts and one of them flipping on purpose and fighting is just a stupid idea. people wonder y atv's have such bad reps when little kids and teenagers see **** like this. having a staged race and having a fight planned between the winners and loser's like really. yea i understand its all entertainment but how are suppose to teach kids sportsmenship and evertyhing with this stuff going on.

whats giving the atv a bad name is when a parent lets a 13 year old take the grizzly out and they get killed. . Guys up camping and drinking then get on a atv and run it into a tree. The fact that team washington shows poor sprtsmanship at a show has little if anything to do with it. So by your logic becouse the WWE shows wrestling in the same manner they should ban the show so kids dont body slam another kid into a table. Personel accountability has to come into play at some point and people need to take responsabilty for there own actions and quit blaming everything but themselves. Quad wars is a show nothing more. They tell you to keep it close becouse they want a good show for the audience. Boring to watch one guy run away with a win. they bring in out of towners to run but count on the local talent to fill in. All riders can not keep up so they keep it close for a better show. They throw in the poor sportsmanship to get the crowd into the show. Not into it to create world peace or make a stand on civil rights, I just want to ride my quad. i don't understand why people are freaking out about quad wars. its more of an entertainment thing, more than a real race, i understand that. i help out with some of the local arena crosses around this area, and they do some stuff like this, not staged races, but stuff to entertain the crowd. your going to watch monster trucks, which is usually staged winner already, at least in this area because the track is so small.

quad wars is kinda like wrestling, the one on tv, where some ppl get in a cage, wrestle for show, and then there's one winner. i don't see how it gives quad riders a bad name. its just for entertainment purposes.

i went to the local monster jam 2 years ago, and they had quad wars, and lawn mower races. even if it was predicted finishes, at least it was some entertainment in between shows, rather than a loud *** monster truck runnin back and forth the whle show.
