need help with rear axle/ swingarm

putting back together rear axle with new bearings and carrier.
something is missing but have no idea what. i have play between carriers.

There's a spacer that goes between the brake assembly and the bearing on the right side. I actually purchased one from Hondo and put it on the left side as well.
